Masumi Hirayanagi
Biography
In 1980, he co-wrote the screenplay for "Crazy Thunder Road" while he was a student at Nihon University College of Art. After working for C.A.L., a TV film production company, he became a freelancer in 1985. Since then, he has written many TV and theater animations, pink movies, etc.
